Typically, the cutting process ranges from 20 minutes to 3 hours, depending on city and size variables. The most time-consuming tasks involve cleaning the cut materials and the assembly.

Each item undergoes rigorous debris removal, plastic cover clean-up, to display a flawless piece of art, ready for hanging. All executed by expert hands.

After the map is ordered, we produce a file, for laser cutting the various layers using our laser machine.

The laser cut of the layers is accurate to a 10th of millimeter. Every layer takes from 20min to 3 hours to be cut.

Following the completion of the cutting process by the machine, we carefully retrieve the layer and spend approximately 15 minutes to an hour meticulously cleaning it by hand to eliminate all traces of micro-debris, dust, and fingerprints.

We use various types of tweezers to make sure the render and final results will be perfect. Compressed air is blown to remove all traces of dust

When a customer requests a pin, we search the address on Google Maps manually and pinpoint the exact location with a red dot or heart icon.

Upon achieving perfection, a transparent plexiglass is positioned atop, then sealed with a solid wood frame.
