Depending on the thickness of the streets, it is possible or not to integrate them into the entire map. If the map is made with a lot of height, then the smallest streets will not appear on the final rendering, because they will be too thin (less than a tenth of a millimeter) to be cut out of the materials.

Regarding small islands, it is very difficult during our cutting and assembly process to integrate islands that are not of major importance.

The time taken to produce a map depends mainly on the complexity of the plan of the area in question, and the size of the frame.

For example, a very complex and large city like New York will require a lot of cutting time with the laser machine. At least 2.5 hours. The larger the frame, the more the cutting time will increase proportionally.

At the opposit, a small town with simple layouts requires around 1 hour of cutting.



The longer part will then be necessary to check the entire map to verify that the cutting is done correctly, clean all the elements one by one carefully, and put everything together.
